TOWNHOUSE 27 is the first authentic boutique hotel in Belgrade, Serbia. Our concept was to combine impeccable service with modern architecture and minimalist interior design that exude a mix of cosmopolitan and cosy ambiance. Soothing colour palette, sumptuous custom-made furnishings, a touch of glass and exposed brick, as well as photographs, art objects and sculptures, create an atmosphere of comfort, intimacy, and trendy elegance. Every guest room has a direct phone line, high-speed internet, and Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV, allowing you to stay in touch with everything that is important to you. The hotel has 6 floors and a panoramic elevator.

Located a few steps away from the historical quarter of Kosančićev venac, pedestrian and shopping zone of Knez Mihailova street, Kalemegdan fortress, and rivers Sava and Danube, TOWNHOUSE 27 offers 20 luxurious accommodations with en-suite bathrooms. The guest room size varies from 32-60m² (355-645 sq.feet). You can choose from guest rooms with queen size bed to Junior and Superior suites with two bathrooms and a balcony. We also offer a VIP suite with a Jacuzzi, as well as an option to join two units into one large family suite.

Our renowned sculptor Gabriel Glid enriched the space with drawings, photographs and sculptures. In the interior, space was intentionally left for his works, which have given special charm to the complete ambience, and will permanently remain part of the interior.

Café and Lobby Bar

Café and Bar are located on the ground floor of the hotel with a view of the bustling city. In the cosy and stylish ambiance of the Café, buffet breakfast is served from 6:30 - 11 a.m. Throughout the day, you can use the Café to relax, work, chat or just watch the passers-by.
